We are hiring a mid-level Project Engineer to support and execute industrial projects. The role includes direct client interaction, day-to-day supervision, estimation, reporting, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama (minimum 3 months) and a valid driving license. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly and professionally explain project progress, plans, and requirements.

• Prepare and hand over estimations on the same day without delay.

• Conduct daily follow-ups on project progress, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Coordinate site activities, supervise work crews, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

• Review drawings, resolve technical queries, and provide practical solutions.

• Ensure all documentation and reports are submitted accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Support health, safety, and quality requirements at the project site.

• Utilize AutoCAD for design review, drawing updates, and project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. (Engineering) or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• 3–6 years of proven experience in industrial projects (construction, machinery, piping, or heavy equipment installation).

• Valid Iqama with a minimum of 3 months validity.

• Valid driving license.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

• Good command of AutoCAD (required).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Daily / Weekly Expectations

• Daily: Meet client as required, hand over estimations, follow up on project progress, update drawings, prepare reports.

• Weekly: Submit status reports, coordinate with procurement and subcontractors, attend client meetings.

Salary Package

• Fixed Salary: SAR 4,000 (total package, non-negotiable).

• Salary will be increased upon successful completion of the probation period.

• Package includes housing and transportation allowances.
