The successful candidate will join our team to oversee and contribute to civil construction projects according to our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications.
Conduct site inspections, review progress, and resolve on-site issues as needed.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and team members to achieve project objectives.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on site progress and documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory or engineering role in civil construction.
Transferable Iqama (local transfer required).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
