About the Role
As an HSE cum Data Entry Officer, you will play a dual role in supporting our organization’s safety standards and ensuring accurate and timely data entry for internal records. You will be responsible for maintaining HSE documentation, assisting in compliance with Saudi regulations, and providing accurate data to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and maintain HSE policies and procedures within the organization.
Conduct regular checks and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
Maintain and update HSE logs, reports, and records in both digital and physical formats.
Carry out data entry tasks with high accuracy, ensuring timely updates of company databases.
Support audits, inspections, and reporting related to health and safety.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for management review.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HSE queries and updates.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or any related discipline (preferred).
Knowledge of Saudi HSE standards and regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
