Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and method statements for all electrical works.
Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and method statements for electrical systems.
Conduct inspections for electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, and testing & commissioning.
Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and QA/QC records.
Perform internal audits, issue observations, and follow up on corrective actions.
Provide technical support and guidance to site teams to ensure quality requirements are fully met.
Lead the QA/QC electrical team and ensure smooth coordination with the project QA/QC department.
Attend quality meetings and assist in preparing QA/QC reports for management and clients.
