Oversee civil and structural works, including excavation, concrete works, block works, steel installation, finishes, and related activities.
Ensure work is performed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment effectively to achieve daily targets.
Inspect ongoing work for compliance with standards and specifications.
Liaise with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor delivery and storage of materials, ensuring minimal wastage and proper use.
Assist in scheduling inspections and testing with consultants or authorities.
Maintain daily progress reports, labor allocation sheets, and equipment usage logs.
Update site management about progress, delays, and resource requirements.
Report any non-conformance and coordinate corrective actions.
Assist in preparing and maintaining quality records such as daily site reports.
Qualifications & Skills---
Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in civil construction (industrial, commercial, or fit-out projects).
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and finishing works.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret structural/architectural drawings and method statements.
Basic computer skills for reporting (MS Excel/Word).
