Civil Survey Draftsman
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Survey Draftsman with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in survey-related drafting and civil engineering drawings. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of civil survey procedures, land measurements, and CAD-based drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed survey drawings, topographic maps, and layouts based on site data.
Interpret survey field data and translate it into CAD drawings.
Collaborate with surveyors and engineers to develop accurate design plans.
Prepare as-built drawings, boundary surveys, and land development plans.
Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing revisions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, engineering standards, and client requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil survey drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting software.
Strong understanding of survey data, GPS, total station data, and leveling instruments.
Ability to read and interpret survey reports and engineering drawings.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
