We are hiring a Cost Controller for our Advanced Concrete Plant to manage and optimize production and site costs. The role involves monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, preparing cost reports, and supporting tenders to drive efficiency and profitability.
Key Tasks:
Verify and reconcile costs across precast stages, logistics, and site works.
Assess financial impacts of delays, design changes, and market fluctuations.
Track budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare cost reports, support claims/tenders, and evaluate subcontractor bids.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
2+ years’ experience in precast or construction cost control.
Skilled in MS Excel, ERP, Primavera, and cost software (Candy/Cost X).
Strong analytical and budgeting skills.
