Position: Safety Engineer
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only ????????
Requirement: Must be Aramco Certified
Key Requirements:
Valid Aramco certification is mandatory
Relevant experience in construction and safety management
Strong understanding of Aramco safety standards and procedures
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with Aramco HSE standards, company safety policies, and all relevant local regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and programs.
Conduct safety inductions and training for new employees and subcontractors.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation for audits and inspections.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of site activities.
Participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Liaise with Aramco representatives and ensure all safety requirements are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be Saudi National (as per Saudization requirements).
Valid Aramco Safety Certification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in safety roles within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Aramco safety policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
