We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works, installations, and materials comply with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to quality assurance, and close coordination with site engineers, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and implement the project’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures for mechanical works.
• Conduct inspections of mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, equipment, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, checklists, and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspection requests and approvals.
• Monitor materials delivered to site and verify compliance with approved Material Submittals (MIRs).
• Conduct internal audits and site surveillance to identify and prevent non-conformances.
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support in testing & commissioning activities and prepare final QA/QC dossiers for project handover.
• Ensure all quality control activities are carried out in line with project schedule and HSE requirements.
