We are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil works in Mecca or Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction supervision and the ability to manage site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate civil works at the site.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage laborers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
  • Report site progress and challenges to the Project Engineer/Manager.
  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Support in resolving site-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil site supervision or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and understand basic drawings and site instructions.
  • Strong English communication ,and problem-solving skills.
