1. Project Manager – BSc in Engineering – 10 years’ experience – (1)


2. Assistant Project Manager – BSc in Engineering – 7 years’ experience – (1)


3. Senior Project Control Engineer (Planning / Scheduling / Cost / Estimation) – 8 years’ experience – (1)


4. Project & Facilities Statistician – 5 years’ experience – (1)


5. Mechanical Engineer – 5 years’ experience – (2)


6. Electrical Engineer – 5 years’ experience – (2)


7. Structural Engineer (Civil) – 5 years’ experience – (1)


8. Civil Engineer – 5 years’ experience – (1)


9. Architect – 5 years’ experience – (2)


10. Interior Designer – 5 years’ experience – (2)


11. Quality Engineer – 5 years’ experience – (1)


12. Quantity Surveyor Engineer – 5 years’ experience – (1)


13. Planning Engineer – 5 years’ experience (Primavera/MS Project) – (1)


14. Health & Safety Engineer – 5 years’ experience (NEBOSH/OSHA is a plus) – (1)


15. Surveyor – 5 years’ experience – (2)


16. Site Inspector – Diploma in Engineering – 3 years’ experience – (6)

General Requirements

Priority for Saudi nationals.

Minimum BSc in Engineering (except Site Inspector: Diploma).

Must hold or obtain classification/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Preference for candidates with government/municipality project experience and knowledge of Saudi Building Code.

Full-time availability and readiness for site work.
