Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare project quotations, cost estimates, and budgets.
Conduct quantity surveying: measure materials, prepare bills of quantities, track project costs.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in site management and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
