Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and manage all on-site civil construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, structural, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Review, interpret, and validate architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure execution aligns with design intent and technical requirements.
Oversee coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and safety checks to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and oversee the preparation of work schedules, BOQs, and other technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance, resolve complex site issues, and collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in civil construction, site execution, and project supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
Excellent leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software (Primavera) is required.
Proficiency in 3d Modelling will be preferred.
Salary range 4000-5000 SAR based on the interview. The company will provide accommodation and a Car.
