Location: Aramco Project Site Eastern Province (Saudi Arabia)
Reports To: Civil Engineer / Construction Manager / Project Manager
Job Purpose:
To supervise and coordinate the daily civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work is executed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of civil workers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and equipment operators.
Review project drawings, specifications, and work schedules before execution.
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for daily tasks effectively.
Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer or Construction Manager.
Ensure that all civil works (excavation, concreting, formwork, rebar fixing, finishing, etc.) comply with project standards and QA/QC procedures.
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate work among multiple disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical).
Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers follow company HSE policies.
Identify site issues and report deviations or potential delays promptly.
Participate in toolbox meetings and support site inspections.
Assist in preparing material requests and tracking consumption on-site.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Proven leadership skills in managing site teams.
Good knowledge of civil works methods, materials, and equipment.
Familiar with project specifications and drawings.
Basic understanding of safety and quality control standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
