Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and monitor quality & safety standards.
Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance during execution.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Prepare progress reports and verify site measurements.
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.
3–5 years’ site experience in real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
