We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems for hotels and hospitality projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for hotel projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation and maintenance of mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in existing hotel facilities
- Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection
- Experience with design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
