Site Engineer – Fit-out for Shops & Offices
???? Location:
Various cities across the Kingdom (depending on project sites).

? Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily on-site activities for interior fit-out works (civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing).
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and site supervisors to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings with project management and design teams.
• Monitor and update project timelines, ensuring completion within schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Ensure site safety standards and regulations are strictly followed.
• Oversee handover procedures, snag list rectifications, and final quality inspections.

???? Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fit-out projects for retail or commercial interiors.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and installation details.
• Excellent supervision and site management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under site conditions.
• Saudi nationals preferred; transferable Iqama is a plus for expatriates.
