We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our growing organization. As a
crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for providing detailed and accurate estimates for
mechanical projects
Responsibilities & Duties
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years Saudi Arabia industrial project estimation experience in oil-gas, power plant etc.
• including shutdown.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to create detailed cost estimates.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and schematics, interfacing and coordination other disciplines.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Evaluate and select suitable materials including detailed MTO , equipment / manpower mobilization and
• demobilization plan, schedule, execution plan for projects.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals for mechanical projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track and manage project budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine the scope of work.
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing information.
• Strong in contract negotiations and finalizing project scope.
• Monitor and report on project progress and any deviations from the plan.
• Provide support during project implementation to ensure estimated costs are adhered to.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations like ARAMCO / SEC/SABIC etc..
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Autocad and estimation software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
