Criteria
*Need to make estimate
*Need to keep a balance sheet
*Pass journals
*Make invoices send submit with soa
*Followup payment
*Make p and n statement, monthly , quarterly and yearly.
*Generate purchasing reports monthly with each supplier
*Monitoring supplies and taking approval from management before purchasing
*Track orders , and get delivered timely.
*Maintaining and organizing daily office work
*Coordinating with team,management and customers.
*Data entry
*Filing Purchase Invoices and entering in system
*Entering journals in system (general petty expenses)
Special Preferable candidates
1) Knows how to drive a car.
2)Has knowledge in general accounting
