Hiring: QA/QC Engineer Civil (Interior Fit-Out Projects)

Job Location : Jeddah & Riyadh
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with an Architectural background and proven experience in high-end interior fit-out projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Important Note:
Candidates not registered with the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) are preferred.
If registered in SEC, then your Iqama profession must match with the SEC Certificate specialization/trade.
Candidates must be fully aware of Documentation ITP, MIR ,WIR, Method of statement.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for all fit-out and finishing works.
Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents for compliance.
Conduct daily inspections and ensure site activities meet quality standards.
Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with specifications.
Conduct pre-handover snagging and prepare final quality documentation.
Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to HSE procedures related to quality activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC practices, construction materials, and finishing techniques.
Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
