About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in Telecommunications and Electrical systems to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring quality execution of telecom and electrical works, and coordinating with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and updates for management.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of telecom towers, BTS installation, cabling, grounding, and power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of fiber optic systems and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Valid driving license (if required for site visits).
