Job description

We are looking for an experienced One Senior Quantity Surveyor and Two Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Requirements:- 1. Minimum 5+ years of work experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. Preparing and finalizing client interim payment applications. 3. Reviewing subcontractor invoices and matching them with executed works. 4. Preparing Change Orders, conducting price studies and rate analysis. 5. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. 6. Ensure all work complies with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. 7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. 8. Immediate availability. 9.
