Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the interior design and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design concepts, project requirements, and client engagement — bridging the gap between technical execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and fit-out sector.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals aligned with project requirements.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Understand drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Arabic fluency is a must,
Interior design and furniture experience is a bonus
Valid Driving License.
