We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Engineer with extensive experience in mega infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and financial control throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with project standards and cost efficiency.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure or construction projects (roads, utilities, or water networks).
Proven background with major contracting or EPC companies.
Strong technical knowledge of project measurement, estimation, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost control software (e.g., Candy, Primavera Cost Manager).
Excellent understanding of FIDIC contracts and project financial management.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is a plus).
