We are a well-established contracting company in Saudi Arabia seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our Construction Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of construction services including epoxy flooring, waterproofing, thermal insulation, earthworks, and general contracting works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the construction sector.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients and consultants.
• Follow up with contractors, consultants, and clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure project satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business accounts.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction or contracting industry in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, waterproofing, epoxy, and finishing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama preferred.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
