Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil construction projects,
preferably with Saudi Aramco
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance - Manage manpower and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal
teams - Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with specifications - Capture and update site progress photographs and maintain proper documentation - Report site incidents and maintain records - Conduct site surveys and verify As-Built drawings - Ensure adherence to HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures
Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Proven experience in Structural Steel works and civil construction projects - Strong ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders - In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Aramco-approved WPR certification (Existing or Previous) will be added qualification
