Quantity Surveyor – Finishing & Fit-Out Projects
Location: Jeddah
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for high-end finishing and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for finishing and fit-out works.
Conduct cost analysis and prepare budgets for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
Manage procurement processes and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
Administer contracts and handle variations, claims, and change orders.
Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, market rates, and construction methods.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
