Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience: 5–8 years (QA/QC or inspection in fabrication, piping, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
Certifications (as applicable):
ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT)
API 570 / 653 / 510 (for piping/tanks — optional)
AWS-CWI (if welding is involved)
Knowledge of: ASME, API, ASTM, and SASO standards.
Responsibilities
Review and verify WPS/WQT, PQR, and NDT procedures.
Inspect fabrication, welding, piping, ducting, and equipment installation.
Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leakage tests.
Review MTCs, calibration certificates, pressure test records.
Ensure material traceability and code compliance.
Prepare Inspection Reports, Flash Reports, and IRCs.
Salary : Negotiable
