Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications; ensure execution strictly as per approved drawings.
• Conduct inspection, testing, and quality control for metallic and non-metallic works,materials, including FRP, CS, and SS systems.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of non-metallic FRP tanks and piping systems, as well as metallic solutions for pressure vessels, columns, and tanks (SS & CS).
• Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, MST, ITPs, checklists, and all relevant quality documentation.
• Supervise and guide the work crew, ensuring assigned tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and as per QA/QC requirements.
• Support maintenance, repair, and shutdown activities with technical expertise and documentation control.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within industrial, refinery, or petrochemical projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Maintenance and turnaround experience is an added advantage.
