*Description: *
We are looking for a competent Civil Draughtsman to oversee the construction activities of our building project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil works are executed Design, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.
*Key Responsibilities: *
Prepare / Review of design briefs, scope of work for the Building Construction and present to the management for review and approval.
Lead and guide the designs for maximum efficiency with optimum cost.
Use CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
Entering CAD data into building information modelling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
Responsibilities included drafting, forecasting, scheduling and preparing project submittals. Review drawings, contracts, plans, and specifications for customer accuracy.
To Coordinate and communicate with engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality assurance for project completion.
To prepare Drawing for Plumbing and firefighting.
To prepare BOQ.
*Experience: *
- Experience More than 5 years of drafting structures of Buildings (preferred)
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East region is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
