minimum qualifications:
• education: a diploma or degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent qualified training & experience.
• experience: a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the health & safety field, specifically related to the scope of the contractor's work (port/maritime, heavy industry, or construction experience is highly advantageous).
• communication: good verbal and written communication skills in english are essential.
• language fluency: fluency in the languages of the contractor's employees is required to effectively communicate safety instructions.
• driving license: must possess a valid ksa driving license.
key responsibilities (minimum duties):
• site monitoring: monitor all site works to ensure strict compliance with ksa regulations, as well as the contractor's specific health & safety plans and procedures.
• reporting & follow-up: promptly report any non-conformances in writing to company management.
• corrective action: diligently follow up on all corrective actions to ensure successful implementation is achieved and maintained.
