We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil works on-site, including excavation, concreting, and finishing works.
Ensure all works comply with design drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor the performance of site workers and subcontractors.
Prepare daily progress reports, including manpower and material usage.
Identify potential issues and provide timely solutions to prevent delays.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
