Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain / Logistics
Are you a skilled warehouse operations professional with experience in supervising teams and ensuring compliance with GDP and HSE standards? We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials and goods
? Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and company SOPs
? Monitor stock movements and ensure batch, lot, and expiry control for product traceability
? Oversee temperature-controlled and quarantine storage areas
? Conduct periodic cycle counts, stocktakes, and investigate inventory discrepancies
? Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient and compliant operations
? Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping (receiving, dispatch logs, temperature logs)
? Promote safety culture, conduct safety inspections, and ensure use of PPE
? Liaise with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
? Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Science, or related field
Experience: 4–6 years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of GDP, HSE regulations, and cold-chain management
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
