Strong background in fault diagnosis, motor rewinding, and electrical system maintenance
Hands-on experience with VFDs, transformers, compressors, pumps & switchgears
Ability to supervise repair activities, manage production schedules, and lead multi-skilled teams
Proficient in calibration, tool repair, and ensuring compliance with HSE & QA/QC standards
Demonstrates leadership, problem-solving, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement
Ensures safe working environment and high-quality execution of tasks

Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
???? Required Certifications
OSHA / NEBOSH or other Safety Certifications
