We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer – Fitout to oversee and deliver high-quality, fast-paced restaurant and food & beverage projects from concept to completion. If you’re passionate about the fast-paced fit-out industry and possess the expertise to drive successful project outcomes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage end-to-end delivery of interior fit out projects for restaurants, caf?s, and F&B outlets.
? Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones.
? Ensure construction work is executed according to design, specifications, and brand standards.
? Monitor project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols on-site.
? Liaise with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery.
? Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports
Requirements:
? Minimum 5+ years of experience managing fitout projects, with a focus on restaurant and F&B environments.
? Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
? Strong understanding of MEP coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-specific finishes.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
? Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
? Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards.
