We are urgently seeking 05 experienced Field Engineers for offshore deployment on jack-up barges and work boats as part of a short-term, renewable contract in Saudi Arabia.
???? Role Overview
This position involves hands-on supervision and coordination of offshore construction activities, including mechanical, piping, and structural works. Candidates must be capable of managing vessel setup, hook-up operations, and field execution in compliance with international standards and HSES protocols.
???? Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred)
Experience: 5–7 years in offshore projects, including 2–3 years in ARAMCO brownfield/greenfield environments
Certifications:
Valid T-BOSIET
H2S Certificate
Offshore Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid VISA
Software Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD
?? Responsibilities
- Oversee setup of construction equipment and tools on jack-up barges
- Manage and allocate manpower to meet project timelines
- Coordinate with base teams for progress updates, technical queries, and material requirements
- Supervise vessel movement and barge positioning at platform locations
- Lead execution of offshore hook-up activities, including wellhead and process platform works
- Monitor daily performance, QC coordination, and reporting
- Prepare progress reports, check sheets, and test packages
- Conduct joint walkthroughs and identify schedule-impacting holdups
- Supervise hydro testing, leak testing, flushing, purging, reinstatement, and pre-commissioning
- Ensure availability of tie-in and hook-up materials per schedule
- Adhere to HSES systems, company policies, and international standards
- Coordinate logistics for offshore manpower and material movement
- Interpret isometric, GA, layout, and structural drawings
- Familiarity with ARAMCO standards is essential
