DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Site Execution & Workforce Management
- Oversee workforce activities on-site, enforce safety rules, coordinate attendance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Technical Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards; monitor subcontractors; manage QA/QC approvals and documentation.
• Surveying, Setting Out & Documentation
- Perform site surveying, dimensional control, prepare procedures, project documents, logic circuits, and as-built/marked-up drawings.
• Commissioning Management
- Plan, execute, and supervise commissioning activities (mechanical, electrical, testing, programming, calibration), ensure required resources, and prepare commissioning manuals and strategies.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting
- Track physical progress, manage scheduling teams, update commissioning schedules, prepare periodic reports, and coordinate inspections and meetings with clients/consultants.
• Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Quality and HSE standards, report any non-compliance, and perform any additional duties related to the position.
