Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality assurance & quality control procedures for our metal structures, cladding and façade systems.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, processes and installations to identify defects and non-conformities.
Prepare accurate documentation of QC activities: reports, records, audits.
Collaborate with teams (engineers, site managers, suppliers) to drive continuous improvement and correct quality issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project specifications in a construction environment.
Support supplier evaluations, on-site workmanship inspections, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/QC within construction (metal structures, façade/cladding work preferred) in the GCC region.
Strong understanding of construction quality management systems, codes and standards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work on site and within multi-discipline teams.
Detail-oriented, analytical and proactive in identifying problems and initiating corrective actions.
Filipino nationality preferred (subject to Saudi labour/immigration requirements).
