We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects with excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proven track record in managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the site team.
Monitor project resources, materials, and manpower to optimize efficiency.
Ensure all work aligns with company policies, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience in infrastructure, roads, buildings, or industrial projects.
PMP certification or equivalent (optional but advantageous).
Valid transferable iqama
