• Develop and maintain safety and health programs in line with ISO standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, report, and investigate safety incidents and risks to support a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular safety audits, workplace inspections, and equipment checks.
• Promote health and safety awareness among staff and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives, including drills and training.
• Enforce security and safety policies across all facilities, including oversight of site guards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers on safety-related matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in safety, HSE, or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety laws, regulations, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English & Arabic proficiency is a plus
