We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer capable of overseeing plant equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation areas.
Review equipment performance and recommend improvements based on MTTR, MTBF, and downtime trends.
Coordinate maintenance teams during shutdowns and critical repairs.
Ensure all activities follow ARAMCO safety requirements and site procedures.
Validate inspection findings and propose long-term solutions for recurring issues.
Maintain accurate SAP PM records, including work orders, notifications, reports, and asset histories.
Support optimization initiatives such as energy efficiency, reliability programs, and asset lifecycle planning.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role within industrial or oil and gas facilities.
Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
Solid experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS.
Familiar with ARAMCO compliance, QA/QC procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
