Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Check quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and material approval processes.
Ensure site safety, compliance with local regulations, and implementation of company standards.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants for technical issues.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site-related challenges.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in construction, site supervision, or project execution (KSA experience preferred).
Familiar with Saudi building codes and project documentation.
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, finishing works, and site execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Ready to join immediately or in a short notice.
