Job Responsibilities
1. Implement and supervise the project Quality Management System in accordance with company and international standards.
2. Inspect materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and project requirements.
3. Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs, QCPs, inspection reports, test records, and NCR logs.
4. Conduct site inspections for mechanical, electrical, civil/structural works, welding, installation, and commissioning activities.
5. Identify non-conformities (NCRs), follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
6. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on quality matters and participate in QA/QC meetings.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience; industrial plant or manufacturing project experience is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
4. Ability to prepare clear, quality reports and documentation.
5. Fluent in English; capable of working in a multinational environment.
6. Relevant certifications are an advantage (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI, etc.).
