The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and maintaining seamless coordination with our consultant. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments and can handle sensitive documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize HSE-related documents, records, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and archiving of all project documentation.
- Coordinate regularly with consultants to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
- Support the HSE team in preparing compliance reports and documentation for audits.
- Monitor document control procedures to align with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Female candidate with prior experience in document control (preferably within HSE or construction-related industries).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Must be able to work under own visa sponsorship (the company will not transfer sponsorship).
- Arabic Speaker is preferred
