POSITION: E&I QUALITY ENGINEER
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years working in SABIC projects (preferred).
Proven experience in a similar Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) quality role, specifically on PLC upgrade projects, UPS installations.
Strong knowledge of applicable electrical and instrumentation standards, codes, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with QA/QC procedures, preparation of Method Statements, including inspections, and document control for E&l works.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting E&l drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Install new PLC complete with mounting plate in existing panel.
Perform interconnection cabling between marshalling and new PLC panel (wiring and termination by Rockwell).
Replace module mounting base plates.
Install free-issued network cabinet, including fabrication of base frame.
Install engineering workstation with printer.
Remove existing distribution board and install new free-issued DB using the same existing frame.
Shift materials from laydown yard to site using boom truck/Dyna.
Install operation center monitor, including internal cabling and wiring.
Install 10 KVA UPS and power bank.
Lay main power cable from nearest spare breaker.
Lay secondary cable from UPS to DB.
Install conduit with clamps and supports.
Install new server rack cabinet and wiring.
