Bachelors degree in civil engineer or archtiecture or related.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience & previous experience in large-scale architectural or sports facility project
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and resource planning.
Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) for integrating schedules with 3D models.
Ability to develop baseline programs, monitor progress, and prepare earned value analysis reports.
Skilled in risk assessment, delay analysis, and mitigation planning.
Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants.
Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset.
Adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure project environments.
Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Must be locally available in KSA with valid IQAMA and able to join immediately upon selection
