• Transformer Oil Filtration (including vacuuming/flashing) with maximum rating of 85MVA Power transformer.
• Transformer Oil Regeneration for 85 MVA
• Power Transformer Dismantling works.
• Power Transformer Installation works maximum rating of 85MVA Transformer.
• Performed Electrical Testing of Power Transformer (Insulation resistance, Winding Resistance, Turn Ratio, Tan Delta, SFRA (Sweep frequency response) & DFRA (Dielectric frequency response) maximum rating of 20MVA Power transformer.
• Handled Latest Transformer Test Kit by Megger (TRAX & TDX)
• Rectification of Transformer Oil Leakage Rectification works.
• Replacement of Transformer HV & LV Bushing’s.
• Replacement of Transformer Accessories due to the damage occurs or due to malfunctioning like Gauges (Winding temperature gauge, Oil level indicator, PRD).
• To Perform 110KV Transformer HV Lead Replacement work for all the three phases.
• Analysis of Transformer Oil Analysis report as per the Parameter using Saudi Aramco Standards.
Medium Voltage Power Cable Testing/Assessment from 4.16KV to 36KV.
• Medium Voltage Power cable Testing/Assessment maximum rating 36KV.

3. VLF withstands Test.
4. DC-HI Potential Test.
5. Tan Delta Test.
6. Partial Discharge test.
• Handling latest testing equipment of B2, In addition several type of MV Cable testing equipment’s like BAUR, MEGGER etc.
• Cable Fault Locate task until 36KV
• To find fault case has different scenario & tackled all the hurdles.
• To be Performed TDR (Time Domain Reflection).
• Using TDR test, to be able to locate the number of existing Splicing’s in the circuit with distance of each splicing’s.
• Using TDR find several numbers of Hidden Joints which is not shown in the Drawings.
• Cable Route detection test, using latest test equipment SPX RD8000/RD8200.
• Using cable route detection equipment, by injecting the selection of various frequency ratings/levels cable route to be traced from end to end.
• To Perform Identification of MV cable in between multiple number of cables.
Medium Voltage Termination & Splicing work 4.16KV – 36KV
• To Perform & Witness the Medium voltage Termination for Transformer’s, Switchgear, Motor’s.
• To attend multiple types of Terminations.
1. Raychem Straight Type Termination.
2. PFISTERER Plug In Type Termination.
3. Elastimold Dead-Break Termination.
4. Elastimold Load-Break Termination.
• To Perform and witness & attend Medium Voltage Splicing works.
• Attend Splicing for MV Multi core cable & also for MV Single core cable.
• After completion of Splicing perform cable Testing to confirm the healthiness of the circuit including newly installed Joint.
• Selection of Type of Termination & Splicing for Medium Voltage system.
Substation Electrical Equipment. (SS Power system Network 110KV/34.5KV, 34.5KV/13.8KV/4.16KV)
• Experience of Dismantle Substation electrical Equipment’s as follows.
1. Dismantle MV Switchgear.
2. Dismantle MV SF6 Switchgear.
3. Dismantle Maga EDG rated 34.5KV(Emergency Diesel Generator)
4. Dismantle MCC.
5. Dismantle MV VFD.
6. Dismantle Busbar.
7. Dismantle Skid Substation (RMU).
8. Dismantle Power Panels.
9. Dismantle MV/LV Power cable along with terminations from the connecting terminals.

• To perform Troubleshooting of MV Busduct from Transformer Secondary to Switchgear Incomer.
• Trace out the fault in the Busduct by tracing the Busbar as section by section.
• Installed/Applied Raychem HVBT Sleeve on the Busbar.
• Replacement of MV Spacers of Busbar at the Busduct.
• Testing of Busbar using High Voltage Test equipment for DC-Hipot to confirm the healthiness of the Busbar.
• To Attended Troubleshooting for Flash over MV Panels.
• Dismantle & Re-installed the MV CTs at the Switchgear.
• Dismantle Bus-B whole Bus- Busbar.
• To Perform maintenance work for MV Busbar.
• Install New RMU by dismantling the existing RMU.
• Before dismantling existing electrical system, Study the Existing system by detailed survey of existing MV/LV Power cables. Control cables & Protection Relay settings from the Skid Substation (RMU).
• To Perform Data/Event Extraction from Relay (Only data/event extraction)
• Handle Low Voltage power cable terminations & Splicing.
• Handle Dismantling of LV VFD’s.
• Attend regular Preventive Maintenance of LV VFD’s.
