Job Title: HSE Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 6+ years
Joining: Immediate
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
Certification: Valid Saudi Council registration (Mandatory)
Iqama validity: Six (06) months is mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and regulations.
Monitor site activities to ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and company HSE standards.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture on site.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum 6+ years of experience as an HSE Supervisor.
Valid and registered Saudi Council certificate (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Important Instruction:
The NEBOSH certificate will be verified. If it is found to be bogus, the candidate will be terminated immediately. Submission of complete certificates is required, and experience certificates are mandatory.
