Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all MEP works
Prepare inspection reports and manage NCRs/IRs
Experience: 5+ years
3?? Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and payment certifications
Monitor project budgets and variations
Experience: 5+ years
4?? BIM Modeler
Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit
Support coordination, clash detection, and shop drawing extraction
Experience: 3+ years
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline
Proven experience in large-scale construction projects
Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Excel)
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
