Job Summary:
We are looking for a female expatriate Executive Administrative & HR Coordinator to manage daily administrative, HR, sales coordination, and inter-departmental communication. This role works closely with the CEO, HR, Finance, Sales, and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily attendance, overtime, and payroll preparation support
HR coordination, job offer preparation, and JISR system handling
Quotation preparation and enquiry follow-ups
Email management (Sales, Management, Hiring & PR)
Job order issuing and tracking for production
Coordination between CEO, HR, Finance, and other departments
Requirements:
Female candidate (preferred)
Expatriate candidates only
Fresher/experienced in admin / HR / coordination role
Strong MS Excel and email communication skills
Organized, professional, and able to multitask
